Do not order from them order 5 days ago for a tie for a funeral payed next day delivery and still not here and funeral was today really bad company with not good customer service as I offered to go and collect it and pay again and wouldn't let me do not use

Experience at a football game.
This isn’t about my experience on the shop website or actually in the club shop at the ground, but it is about our experience at the ground at a match. I am writing positive feedback about two lovely security guards that were so helpful to me and my grandmother in the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand. She is quite disabled in a way that she is bad with her balance and she absolutely hates heights. We had purchased two tickets in the second tier of the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand and when we got to our seats she was terrified. When we approached a lovely security guard called “Ian” he was really, really helpful with the situation, calmed her down and got his colleague “Janine”. They both helped guide my grandmother and I to two spare seats as close to the pitch as possible; in the Liverpool away end (as it wasnt sold out( this was the Legends of The North game). In conclusion, I would like to recognise these two very lovely and generous security guards as they made us feel so welcome and they made us feel more comfortable and happy with our overall experience at Old Trafford Stadium.

Absolutely wonderful service
I went to see the Manchester United vs Chelsea game (28/04) at the red cafe on a hospitality pack with my husband. We were looked after by Ali and I can't praise him enough for his work, not that Man United needs the publicity you take their name far with your professionalism, kindness and hard work. I also want to leave a warm thanks to Helen as we had an issue with our tickets which she sorted immediately.
We had a lovely night and an amazing unforgettable experience.

Website needs to address tarnished reputation
Manchester United's reputation is tarnished through recent/current staff being investigated or charged for criminal offences. What does the team stand for? In my view it"s such a problem now that it needs addressing on the website.

Customer Service is non-existent!!
Ordered a couple of Man Utd tops, and received a Chelsea 3rd kit? Rang customer service, to be told I could only raise an issue via email, and to send an image to their customer service email address. I Sent an email with order number & photo of incorrect received product. Two weeks later still no reply, three weeks later still now reply. Paid through PayPal so raised a dispute, they didn't even reply to Paypal so I was refunded. Absolute joke of a company, wish I'd looked on here before ordering. With it being a big brand you never expect this kind of problem. Never order from here!!

Can’t even put in to words how disappointed I am in this football club for its size.
I’ve had a query open with ticket sales for months and very little response.
I had tickets cancelled for a game during COVID, 3 excited kids one ready for his first visit. Really let down.
